Brian Lund with Arvada Roofing was recommended to me by my realtor while we were under contract for our home. Brian was very professional and an advocate for us as buyers of a home that needed some significant roofing attention. He and his team were extremely helpful not only with how quick and efficient they were, but also the quality of their work. He coordinated with the insurance adjustor, restoration company and chimney servicer for an extremely time-sensitive project. After the job was completed, he made sure that I had all of the information I needed to reduce my insurance premium with our newly upgraded roof. If it wasn't for Brian's efficiency and timeliness, I don't think we would have been able to close on time. Not to mention, our roof and gutters look amazing! We will absolutely be using Brian for our future roofing needs and referring them to everyone we know.

At about the time we were planning on having our house painted a huge tree fell on the roof. Instead of having to hire multiple contractors, Brian took care of everything! He and his team could not have been more professional and easy to work with. Everything from Brian's knowledge of the complicated insurance process, shingle and gutter possibilities, ventilation(heat mitigation in the attic) and paint and siding made our overall project improvements as stress free as possible. One of the things that really stood out was when there was something we didn't like or something we thought could have been done differently (which was very rare), Brian agreed to change/fix it without arguing, complaining or charging us extra. Brian's honesty, integrity and commitment to doing the job right made the whole experience as seamless and stress free as possible. We can't recommend this company enough!

Arvada Roofing and Home Improvement completed my roof replacement last week 3/2/20. They arrived at 7:00 a.m. and completed the entire job including removal of old shingles and clean-up by 7:30 p.m., "Incredible"! They did an outstanding job! Brian Lund was my P.O.C. throughout the process and he was great. He kept me well informed of the job and they worked great with my insurance. Hats off to the team of guys that performed all that work, they are a huge asset to your company!
