Does not seem like there is any compassion or empathy at this facility.. it's really disheartening to witness when these people are mentally ill and have been failed by other providers previously. :( there is a very CULT LIKE atmosphere at this place, you get kicked out for questioning material presented and if you decide to give criticism by saying you do not appreciate how they approach your concerns.... other patients get defensive and are ready to go to war for this place. A bullying culture has been established and they will harass you for having an opinion that is counter to the mainstream. It coddles people who think their most pressing issue in life is a breakup so they can continue to be "sick" and stay under their care. Lena and Kelly should be ASHAMED (they make faces of disagreement when you're expressing yourself it's so disgusting and rude) & there needs to be more than just white people on staff to better handle feelings and issues that may arise from different identities under oppression.
