My advice to Realtors and Tenants considering working with this management company:
- DO NOT expect to be working with professionals. These are bullies in suits. You will *not* be spoken to or treated respectfully. But then may be this is a discrimination issue.
- DO read the move out check-list and make it a part of the lease contract. The earlier version provided to be when I turned my non-renewal notice in included things like 'Wash the walls and ceilings. The walls should be in the same or better condition than at move in'
- If you are a low income person needing help fighting the greed of landlords, Please contact Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers. I hear they do excellent work
