If you care about customer service; Drive the extra mile to Rockville, or Silver Spring. Called in to schedule service in Bethesda & dude was not enthusiastic at all.. didn’t even seem interested in speaking with me as a paying customer. Wasn’t even a service advisor.. no idea what his role was but it’s definitely not needed if that’s the type of service this location provides. I was asked to confirm my make & model twice.. so clearly he wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying. To top it all off, My vehicle isn’t even an option to schedule service online.. I drive an Audi TT which is not common, so if this dealership doesn’t service TT’s that should be noted somewhere on the website. Horrible customer service, horrible transparency as far as the website goes, coupons are just as horrible, wouldn’t even trust a technician to touch my car let alone an advisor to schedule an appointment.
