Dr Scarff helped my Mom years ago with understanding, patience and compassion with her hearing loss and now she is helping me with the same care. Reception is also very welcoming and helpful with scheduling appointments.

The quality of the plugs look good and the value I believe is on par with other company prices. I did a Google search for custom ear plugs and found Audiology Innovations Ltd. Their website gave a lot more information about custom ear plugs than any other in Calgary. I called and left a message which was returned within an hour by Leanna. Leanna was an absolute delight to talk to on the phone. She listened to my story and answered my questions. Provided me with an appointment date and time after confirming which of their locations I wished to go to. Upon arrival at the clinic I was greeted by Gaynor and again she was lovely to talk to. I was initially only getting custom ear plugs made however it was suggested that I consider a base level hearing test. Great up sale! As they were able to accommodate me within the next 30 minutes I stayed and was very happy with Margot’s assessment and discussion of results. There was a female student doing her training and was nice as well. She missed a few instructions during the assessment which were quickly rectified. I would highly recommend Audiology Innovations Ltd. (in their new Sunpark office) to assist you with your hearing or in my case noise reduction needs. Ear plugs arrived in under 3 weeks. Was able to pick up at my convenience however suggested I could call ahead and let them know when I was coming. I did this. Tracy helped me first and then Margot (audiologist) can to watch me put the ear plugs in. Another great interaction with the ladies at the office.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Audiology Innovations Ltd. at their Mount Royal West location as recommended by my family doctor. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff members who created a welcoming and comfortable environment. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the hearing assessment process, ensuring that I understood the procedures and the implications of the results. The clinic was equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and the audiologists demonstrated proficiency in utilizing these tools effectively. All equipment is kept clean and sanitized after each patient. I wholeheartedly recommend Audiology Innovations Ltd. to anyone in need of audiological care. Their dedication to patient satisfaction, combined with their friendly and knowledgeable team, make them an outstanding choice.

I recently purchased a hearing aid from Audiology Innovations at the Mount Royal location. The staff at this facility are wonderful. Dr Carrie Scarff did the initial evaluation and the testing was well explained and thorough. Her empathy, depth of knowledge and clear and precise presentation of the results and options were impressive. The experience was interesting and reassuring. Natasha, the Client Care Coordinator, is positive and caring. Any questions or concerns are answered with a smile and every effort made to meet my needs. Bryce, the Audiology Assistant, is the technician of the team. He handles the set up and fitting of the hearing aids and their use and care. Not only did he show me how to do things he also had me do it. I really appreciated the hands on experience. Everyone encouraged me to call any time if I had any problems, questions or concerns. I unreservedly would recommend Audiology Innovations Mount Royal location to anyone concerned about hearing loss.

Natasha is very welcoming, cheerful, professional and is also multi-lingual. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about hearing issues and very attentive to client’s needs. She is a joy to be around.

I have experienced the best treatment in the hands of the staff at the Mission location. They always go out to their way to solve any problem that I may have had in the five years that I have been going to their location. I would refer family and friends if and when they having struggles with hearing.

I have been going to Audiology Innovations for over 10 years and recently switched to their new Sunpark office to reduce travel time. Margot the audiologist was very knowledgeable and professional. All the testing, fitting, set up and training went very smoothly and without a single problem. I would highly recommend this location to anybody considering using hearing aids for the first time or to those needing service or considering an upgrade to their equipment. Great staff and a beautiful new office addition.

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. The information is timely as my husband and I are both experiencing health challenges. The Dr is compassionate and very patient. The education provided was invaluable. Thank you for a great experience. I will be back every year to get my hearing checked.
