I had an excellent experience at Audiology Innovations. The team put me at ease, had time for all my concerns, and provided knowledgeable feedback. I was comfortable during the testing process and had a great conversation about my hearing after the test. Jessica ensured that I understood the results and answered all my (many) questions.

Jessica was highly professional, patient and kind. She made sure I understood everything before I left her office. I felt valued throughout my time with her. She is a natural teacher who obviously believes in her product. I thank her deeply. I can now hear properly for the first time in about 6 years!

My hearing experience had been poor over the last few months. In addition to my hearing problems, the custom mold on one of my hearing aids had cracked and was no longer wearable. The ear in question has very limited hearing and I didn't feel any sound at all was getting through. Jessica and I discussed the problems and decided to retest my hearing first before we decided to get the custom mold replaced. Prior to the test Alyson contacted me to arranged to get my ears flushed so that wax build up would not be an issue. I went to the Glenbrook location and Elan checked my ears and found no was build up. He was kind enough to show me a video of my canals. The next day I visited Jessica and she conducted the hearing test. Results showed some loss in both ears. The right aid was adjusted and the left aid was sent for repair. The adjustment worked wonders for my speech recognition. Once completed, we discussed some new devices that could potentially assist me in noisy environments. I have not purchased anything yet as I want to try the new settings out in different environments. Overall a great experience, all of the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional.

Very helpful staff and quick turnaround time on hearing aids!

Dr. Scarff was very helpful in explaining my progressive hearing loss. She took the time to show me my results and advise the best possible solution without pressure to purchase any product. Her YouTube channel was very informative and helped me make my decision to purchase my hearing aids. Her options for payment was appreciated as well. Her staff were very helpful with all my follow up questions in regards to getting used to wearing and maintenance of my device.

Finding out I had hearing loss at age 45 was a shock. The people at Audiology Innovations supported me through this challenging process and put my mind at ease during the entire experience from the assessment process, to finding out what kind of hearing aids would be best for me, to the fitting, every step of the way.. Jessica, my audiologist has been an amazing source of information and support, answering all of my questions and concerns with compassion and understanding. I feel like I am more than just a customer, I feel like I am a part of the Audiology Innovations "family". Jessica, thank you for your professionalism and for being such a wonderful source of support on my hearing journey.

Once in the door the service and staff are terrific. However, if you phone to speak to someone, you must listen to a very, very long message before you can leave a message. It has been several days since I left a message and no one has called me back. So, I had the pleasure of listening the the very, very long message again before I could leave a message.
