Getting your husband in to see Carrie is a game changer! My husband complained that I liked dinner music played so softly that it may as well not be played at all. Even more worrisome my husband couldn’t hear the cars driving up behind us as we walked. When he finally got his hearing aids he loved hearing the birds singing again. Carrie & her team are up on all the latest hearing aid technology. Best of all they are warm and welcoming to everyone & fast are fast & efficient on servicing your hearing aids needs.

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and professional care and service that the staff at Audiology Innovations has provided for our family for several years. They are EXCEPTIONAL! We are very appreciative of the positive and significant improvement in my husband’s hearing ability with his latest pair of hearing aides - especially in a noisy environment. The latest technology is AMAZING! I was not aware that I have a mild hearing loss. I learned this, when I recently decided to have a hearing examination, with Audiology Innovations. Dr. Carrie Scarf was very helpful with providing me with information on how to continue to protect my auditory system from further damage and explained the recent research that shows how important it is to use hearing devices when needed to minimizing cognitive deficits as we age. We want our hearing to stay as healthy as possible with the expert care and advice that Audiology Innovations provides.

I recently delivered my wife to her annual appointment for a hearing test, selection of new aids & fittings at Dr. Scarff's Mission office. I knew immediately upon my arrival to pick her up that her appointment had been very successful as I heard the excitement & pleasure in her voice while she was finalizing the details with Rebecca at the front reception. This is our second hearing aid experience with Dr. Scarff & in both cases she & her staff have made us feel confident in their professionalism, product knowledge & all of the elements they provide to make their practice so successful. Thank you!

When I needed to get a hearing aid, I took a long hard search on where to get it. I had a final choice of whether to do it online or through Audiology Innovations. When I went for my hearing tests I found the staff to be very customer oriented. They provided a high level of service. Even though I could buy them online for less, I decided this was the best choice. They took special interest in my needs and made sure I was completely satisfied. Service is very important to me. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them.

All the staff are friendly, proficient. Willing to accept emergency situations without appointment where feasible. Dr. Scarff is willing to patiently devote all time necessary for testing, explaining and demonstrating. Does not leave clients with feeling they are being rushed due to another client waiting. Dr. Scarff is up to date on all new existing and projected upgrades in hearing aid equipment and technology. Leaves client with peace of mind and confidence they are getting very best available in all categories including product, education and service. Also Office environment very relaxed and professional.

My parents both saw Dr. Scarff to have their hearing tested and for subsequent hearing aid recommendations. They both raved about the service, and how professional and helpful she was. They said she was very friendly and always willing to answer all their questions. Since I live across the country, I am not able to help them out with appointments like this, so it was nice to hear that they had such a positive experience. Thanks!!

Dr. Scarff told me I needed to get a hearing aid for my right ear, I had no concerns because the hearing aid for my left ear worked well. However, I ended up having problems getting the right aid to work, I was feeling rather frustrated. If this hearing aid had been the first one, I would have been reluctant to consider another. However, with the help and support of Dr. Scarff and Eleese, I persevered and now everything is working well. They were very understanding of my problem and made various suggestions to help. One feature I enjoy is the ComPilot that helps me regulate the settings of the aids in challenging situations. Also, my aids are paired with my computer and phone so I am able to listen to podcasts and music through them. Dr. Scarff and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in solving my problems.
