Dr Scarff presented to a group of 75 seniors. Very well received. Good tips on communicating with someone with hearing loss. Great info on correlation with brain function. If anything too muchi nformation. The research became repetitive.

I was grateful for the opportunity to share current research findings as your group, much like others, was very interested in accurate information about hearing loss and hearing aids, as opposed to marketing and advertising. I have had my hearing aids from Audiology Innovations for 3 years and they have changed my life. It is a pleasure dealing with Dr. Scarff and her staff, they are pleasant helpful and efficient. I wear them all the time other than sleeping and find them very effective. I no longer speak as loud and I get more of the conversations. I can hear the TV at a much lower level and I can now hear the clicker signal lights when I am driving. My wife is very happen with them as well Thanks Dr. Scarff and your crew.

My mother received a recommendation to Dr Scarff’s office from a friend, and we both made an appointment. During my appointment Dr Scarff put me at ease, taking tome to explain the testing process and it’s results. My appointment was first, and though my results confirmed I doc not need hearing support, knowing my mother’s appointment is to follow, Dr. Scarff gave me a sense of my mother’s testing process and needs, and put my mind at ease, so I was able to support my mum. I am grateful for how easy and comfortable the rapport with Dr Scarff was right away.

When I first got hearing aids 6 years ago, I thought my hearing loss wasn't that noticeable to others. But my two granddaughters noticed right away - they told their mother "grandma can hear us now!" I had no idea they knew. Two weeks ago I got new hearing aids, the technology has changed so much it's amazing. They have a program setting for restaurant background noise which helps so much. And now I can still hear my husband when he turns away from me, even if he's five feet away. I feel confident knowing that I am not missing things or asking people to repeat.

Dr. Scarff and her office team were incredibly friendly and helpful! Dr. Scarff was very helpful with solving an ear plug dilemma I was having, taking into account what I would and wouldn’t get out of them. I was very impressed with her service when she didn’t try to convince me to buy into something I didn’t need, and at the same time gave me some tools And instruction for ear care. I would absolutely use her service again for myself and my family!

I continue to be impressed by the professional and personal attitude of the staff and especially by Dr. Scarff. She explained in detail what she was planning to do and gave helpful suggestions on how to get the best performance from my hearing aids.
