Since the assignment of care this business consistently does not show up, return phone calls or provide the required care. Management seems to be the primary issue. All nurses to date have been great given that they were provided little notice or information prior to visiting. An answering service supports all calls and it takes a bare minimum of 7 calls per day to get a response. Responses are comprised of office management yelling that someone will eventually be there and advising you NOT to call your doctor for guidance. I would not subject any person to this service, or in my case, non-service.
