I’m happy for practices successful enough to be booked out, and I can patiently wait for a doctor whose reputation has contributed to this. I called to schedule a new patient exam and was asked what I’m interested in. After answering that question (with my concern about potential skin cancer) was I told that the doctors are not accepting new patients. I told the receptionist that it was strange to be asked what I’m interested in first, if the doctor is not accepting new patients. I asked if the answer would be different if I was interested in cosmetic services and she told me “yes”. There would be a significant wait, but I could schedule for a cosmetic consult, and I could not have medical concerns addressed at such a visit. This told me everything I need to know about this practice. Skin cancer, which is potentially lethal, is not something they have time for - cosmetics pay much more.

Dr. Hale answered all my questions and I left feeling confident that my worries about skin cancer were addressed. She noted areas I need to watch and offered a plan for cosmetic concerns I had without making me feel that "needed" them. It was a very positive experience.

The staff was incredibly attentive and everyone was so pleasant. Dr. Hale was very personable and addressed all of my concerns one by one. Yes....I had brought a checklist with me! She was efficient, thoughtful and thorough in her exam, answered all of my questions and provided great patient teaching on the plan of care and future treatment options. As a registered nurse, I recognize the great healthcare provided and woyukd not hesitate to send anyone to this facility for their needs. I am so pleased that I am makiing an appointment for my husband to come in for an assessment also! Thank you for your excellent service!

I can't say enough about my experience at Azeal. Dr. Hale was wonderful. The office is beautiful. Even my teenage daughter was wowed. The whole experience was extraordinary from the first phone call to competency and kindness shown by the doctor and staff. I highly recommend this practice!

The appointment was very thorough and a very pleasant experience. I was impressed how the doctor took her time explaining the physiology of skin lesions/ moles to my son and how she was going to remove the mole.
