Exactly 24 hours before I am supposed to close on my home, I have gotten confirmation I will not close. The builder has not gotten the cabinet doors they need and they refuse to close without them. Even though I am okay with not having them for a while. They apparently have a beef with the cabinet company for their lack of performance and they don’t want to send a message that they will close without the product. They feel like the cabinet company will take that as a message that they don’t need to provide the product. Great %<#>ing customer service Baessler. Now my closing has been put off indefinitely until the doors come in.

Baessler was excellent with communication during the building process and addressed every question or concern we had. We have been very happy with the quality of our home. Even with the interruptions that COVID-19 has created, Baessler has maintained communication about all follow up tasks that need to be done.

Was a great experience from start to finish. Baessler never let us believe we weren't important. They kept us informed and made sure all our questions were answered. Plus the weekly check ins and pictures kept us always attached to the process. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone we know.

I would strongly consider building again with Baessler Homes. There will be a few quality issues I'd like to see addressed on a future home, but the overall the experience was good and I fully trust Baessler Homes.

I was unable to get the 90 day update and feedback. Had a toilet crack the first month and nails are popping out of the house siding. I was told these would be fixed, but they are not. The HVAC vents don’t work right either.

They are amazing! Took time to explain every step and process and never felt pressured. It was a great experience! If I had the money I would build another house again, that's how stress free it was. Thank you Baessler!
