Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in the carpet selection. The installers came when scheduled and did an excellent job laying the carpet and carefully moving and reassembling the furniture. 5 stars for this job. We liked the carpet so much that we decided to install it in another bedroom which turn out to be very different experience. We requested the same installers and were told they would try but no guarantee. Got a different person who was over 3 hours late (claimed he had a flat tire and no spare). His helper didn’t come so he was all alone and seemed very distracted and hurried. When he was moving furniture, he gouged the door in 3 places (I would have helped with the moving of the furniture, but he wasn’t wearing a mask). He nicked the baseboards and got dents in the walls, set a sweating water bottle on a dresser, tried to repair the door with caulk which didn’t work and cleaned his caulk gun in the bathroom sink and left a mess. We notified the salesperson plus the scheduler and sent picture of the damage but got no response. Give this job 1 star as the carpeting looks good.
