We treat health concerns like injury and wound care, urinary tract infections, bronchitis, sore throat, insect bites, sinus infections, sprains and lacerations; just to name a few. Our urgent care services includes Flu tests, RSV tests,  flu shots, x-ray (when technician is available), sports physicals, stitches and additional diagnostic tests. Our Covid testing services include COVID PCR, COVID PCR Travel and COVID PCR Procedure testing.

DO NOT USE ANY BANNER FACILITY. And this is why...They are completely unprofessional. My minor son, went to the Loveland's Urgent care in Oct 2021 for a simple COVID test. Banner billed it as a COVID test AND as a wellness exam (WHICH DID NOT OCCUR) My insurance denied the wellness claim since my son already had one in 2021. I have tried repeatedly to get this corrected. I have called the Banner billing office multiple times (which BTW has a 1.5 hour hold time). I have also called to speak with Amy, the Banner Urgent care office manager multiple times, they will not transfer me to her so I have left many messages for her to contact me to resolve this. I have even physically gone into the Loveland office to get this corrected. NO SUCH LUCK! OH! And last week I sent an email to the billing office, to which no one has replied. In 5 months, Amy has yet to return any of my repeated attempts to contact her, which is totally unprofessional. They will not even tell me what office she is working in that day. I do have her last name, which I restrained myself from posting here. In my opinion, DO NOT use BANNER because they (Amy included) are unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes and to correct them and the hold time for talking to someone regarding your bill is completely ridiculous!! It has been over 5 months and with numerous attempts initiated on my end and it has not been corrected. I am so annoyed and frankly now just pissed off if they send this bill to collections. Not sure where to turn to now. I feel I have exhausted every avenue.
