This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a medical center. The staff is unbelievably rude and the center is disgusting. As a new patient, I was 7 minutes late, after I spoke to someone and filled out their ridiculous sign in sheet, (the 7 minutes is proven on the sheet) then was forced to leave for being “late”. I called back and asked what the late policy is. The late policy is 10 minutes. I waited over 2 weeks for this appointment, just to be sent away and for the manager to call me a liar about my arrival time, even though it was PROVEN ON THE PAPER. By far the worst medical center I’ve been to. They are extremely disrespectful to new patients. Do not come here, especially if you are a new patient.
