I reached out to this company MONTHS ago when I was trying to find someone to help me make sure my disability review was done correctly the first time. They initially told me that they don’t work with open cases and they only take appeals … so I waited to see if it would go through on its own and even though I thought it would, it did not. That’s when I sought out this company again and let them know that I am at the appeals part and would like some help … that’s when they told me they only work with open cases and not appeals. I don’t know what the f*** is the truth, but this company and its employees are a waste of space and air.
