They don't answer at the Orlando branch, bad service, they want to keep a jacket. Jennifer and Martha are responsible, I have been asking for the jacket for more than 1 month and I take care of the shipping costs and they don't even answer !!!!!Best Cleaners are the worst cleaners. They do not stand by their work. They ruined my drapes and did not take any responsibility.
