I took my cat and dog to Best Pets after having used many other local area vets over the past 42 years. I found the staff extremely friendly and knowledgable and the prices very reasonable. I feel very comfortable bringing my pets to them and look forward to using Best Pets for many years to come.

My little chihuahua/rat terrier, Brody, had been in need of a dental cleaning for a long time. By random circumstances and a recommendation by my sister, I called Best Pets. The staff was great at answering my questions and accommodating my schedule. Heidi explained the dental procedure and care of teeth. The prices were very reasonable. Dr Heidi Tapscott was wonderful. She and her technician were so compassionate / warm and fun loving with Brody. Their down to earth nature and devout care was quite apparent. I felt confidant leaving my baby, "punk" with her and her staff. Heidi's skilled profession for the care of animals is clearly second nature to her. Brody is doing well and has pearly whites and nicely dremeled nails! He will be returning to Best Pets:) Thank you Heidi and staff! Linda Parr

Best Pets Veterinary Hospital Rocks! Dr. Tapscott and her staff demonstrated true professionalism and compassion while caring for my new rescue cat who was ill. Dr. T. willingly listen to all my concerns and went above and beyond routine animal health care advice . I now have a healthy, happy cat. Thank you Best Pets! LJ

I had never owned a pet before I got a puppy this November so I was pretty clueless about everything a puppy needed. Dr Heidi and Brianna were amazing the first time I ever brought my pup in and they, and everyone else at BestPets, have been wonderful every time since. They are always there to answer questions and calm concerns. I wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else!

I am very happy with the staff and service at Best Pets. Each and every time I have had to take my rambunctious 1 year old golden retriever to the vet Dr. Tapscott and her staff take the time to make your pet calm and comfortable before doing any procedures. My dog loves his visits, even for shots!

We are pleasantly surprised how friendly and gentle Best Pets Hospital staff is handling our pets during routine visits. The cats are calm and their stress is minimized. Our recent emergency visit was a great experience. The visit was scheduled half an hour after a phone call. Our cat was feeling much better afterwards. She has been doing fine since the visit. We were happy to quickly get a diagnosis, all questions answered, a follow up call and an email with test results on the next day. Thank you, Dr Tapscott!

Everyone at Best Pets is so friendly and helpful!! Rudy is completely excited to see everyone and is always given so much attention. They take such good care of him and always let me know when he is due for another vaccination or check-up. They are very knowledgeable there and answer all of my questions. They really get to know him on a personal basis and make us feel like he is their only patient!! I can't imagine taking Rudy anywhere else!!
