Better Flood Insurance is a blessing. When I came across their website (www.betterfloodinsurance.com) I received an education on private flood insurance vs. National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)/FEMA insurance. It was eye-opening that the big insurance companies take a NFIP policy, put their logo on the quote, and jack-up the price. The private flood insurance rates through Better Flood Insurance (in my situation) saved me $1,859 on my premium. At Better Flood Insurance, they refer to themselves as "The Flood Nerds". However, Susie, Taylor, and Caleb are the "A-Team" on flood insurance. Concise, professional, and personable; they walked me through the procedure quickly and efficiently. What an awesome experience!! Not only did my agent communicate extremely efficiently with me, she answered every question I had along the way. In the end of the very short time frame of just a few days, I had a new policy signed, paid for, and in my hands for $700 less than my previous policy! I would highly recommend everyone see how they can save you money on your flood insurance policy!

Taylor at Better Flood Insurance Agency was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to not only find a great flood insurance policy for our family, but was very patient and thorough. On several occasions she even took the time to go through the list of questions I had regarding flood insurance in generally and specifically my policy. Then when she did not have the exact answer, she would reach out to the carrier and would always follow up with me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Better Flood Insurance for your flood insurance needs. They were definitely more familiar with the flood products than my home insurance agent.
