Taylor Pirkl is a true professional and an absolute asset for Better Insurance. Their agents/reps all call themselves "insurance nerds" and that must be a compliment, but I think "nerds" like Taylor Pirkl set Better Insurance apart from all others when shopping for affordable insurance. Taylor located a flood policy with a stellar company at literally 1/2 what my current home insurance company provided. I shopped eight (8) national logos about FEMA & non-FEMA (private) coverage and only one other was within $100 of what Taylor Pirkl could uncover. Yes there was a one-time small administrative fee (commission payment) but that is to be expected. Better Insurance is the type of insurance partner we can see staying with the rest of our life. Highly recommend Taylor Pirkl & Better Insurance!

Heather was great to work with on our flood policy. We were considering other policies and Heather was very helpful in providing other alternative policies that better met our needs. She was great about answering all of my questions and she responded to me in a timely manner.
