Taylor was our representative and she was very responsive on email and by phone. Excellent customer service. Getting the quote was painless and when Taylor noticed we did not have the correct information on the quotes, she resent it and got us a quote that was $200 less. I was cautious of this service but after reading the Forbes flood insurance review and how National Flood insurance vs private works I was comfortable looking at private insurance. Flood Nerds made the experience painless. They even sent the certificate to the mortgage officer as soon as they could as we were closing on a short time frame. Excellent!
