What a great find. Garage door wouldn't go up any more and I didn't know who to call so looked on Top Rated Local. B&H had only good reviews, so I called them at 3:30. Eli got here by 4:30. He's awesome. Immediately saw that the spring was broken. Explained what he had to do and the costs. Fixed within an hour. Excellent job!

I called last minute and they sent Eli out to help me. He figured out what was wrong in a few minutes, quoted me a fair price and fixed my opener that was broken in less than 20 minutes. Super nice guy, wonderful customer service when I called the office. Highly recommend them for garage door repair.

He was efficient and gave us the option of a new head unit or a less expensive repair of the gearing on our current one. We opted for the 150.00 repair rather then the 275.00 replacement. Would definitely call again, if the need arises.

I called B&H this morning, 4/25, around 8am, they had someone out to fix my broken spring in my garage at 2:00pm and he was done by 2:20pm. Talk about incredible service, fast, same day, reliable and efficient. I want to say thank you to Tim, who was the guy who came here and did the great work in short time. The price for the springs replacement was also reasonable. I recommend using them !!

So, I just picked this business from the Top Rated Local reviews. He is super helpful and has helped me out on 2 occasions so far. He is super friendly and is able to give me great help. The only thing is I thought his fee for just coming to check out the issue was a little expensive he is able to fix everything I've sent him so far.

I called for service on my garage door and key pad. They were able to come out the next day and showed up on time. They were well dressed and got all my issues solved promptly. I will call them for any garage door needs in the future.

Super quick response and awesome service. Emailed about an appointment at about 7pm on Friday and He responded and set me up with an estimate window for 11-2 the next day. Also provided a ballpark quote for removal of existing and installation of two new openers I had purchased then realized was not in my wheelhouse to actually install. He showed up somewhere around noon or so on Saturday and after assessing the work quoted me a very fair price and said he could do it right then if I was interested...umm yeah I was. One week of parking in driveway and running through house to open the third bay was enough. I needed that opener ASAP. Got to work and with a couple hours I was set up with two new quiet operational openers and was one very happy customer. Less than 24 hours from inquiry to complete No upselling, no BS about not being able to install the specific openers I bought just ridiculously fast and courteous service. He even took the old track and opener away. Would highly recommend and will contact them again for maintenance and some upgrades to some of the old original door parts like the rollers. Thanks guys!!!

A few days ago my garage door cable came off, and i did not noticed during the time that my spring had broke in half. After looking on Top Rated Local and seen the good reviews for BB&H Garage Door Repair i decided to give them a call, the woman on the phone was very nice and stated to me that they were working on Sunday also and have a opening for the Techician to come over between 11-12 noon. He called me prior to coming over and arrived witin the time window, he quickly seen what the problem was and gave me the quote to replace the spring and also lubricate the movings parts , in addition he answer all of my questions concering upgrades, keypad use. Overall i'm very satisfy with this companies level of service and work quality and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for great job.
