The sales rep, Amber was very knowledgeable about requirements for city code, etc. She did a very thorough job on our quote. The electricians and plumbers did a superb job and left me a very neat and professional installation. Justin the tech, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions, and did a very thorough job on the start up and explanation of the generator functions. Extremely happy with this investment and Blackout Generator.

I wanted a Generac home generator. Blackout called me to set up a time, we met, I was told to run the whole house get a 26,000 unit. That was GREAT as I didn't know. Blackout has constantly been in touch about when the installation would happen. I would ONLY go through them!!!

I couldn't get the original dealer that sold me my Generac setup to cone out & do I service, I called corporate Generac about the problem..that the company that sold me my system only wanted to sell me the packages with instal & wouldn't back up their product.. I ask generac for a company they would recommend to service my Generac..the gave me BLACKOUT number called them and explained my problem they were here the next day !!
