We were excited to learn all about how Mark Sherman, CPA has been able to build such an outstanding reputation, so we sat down with the Marketing Manager, Tiffany Mitchell.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Mark Sherman, CPA stand apart from their competitors. In Tiffany’s words, “We are better than other firms because of family-like nature and atmosphere. It adds a very personal touch. We try to create a relationship with clients. CPA Mark is very educated when it comes to new laws and laws in other states as well as internationally.”
When asked about the business’ mission, Tiffany said, “We try to ‘Complete the cycle’ as quick as possible. We create a bond with the clients and make sure the turnaround rate is quick and painless. From when we get the information, to review, to finalizing the plan, we try and make the customer cycle happen quickly.”

In Tiffany’s eyes, the secret to the business’ success is openly communicating with their clients. She added that they make sure to invest in reputation management and make sure to reply to all reviews.
