We were excited to learn all about Blue Heron Wellness and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Elifa Rivetti.
Blue Heron Wellness is an integrative wellness center that provides the convenience of having many services under one roof. They do acupuncture, massage, skin care, chiropractic, and yoga all in the same building! Their heavily-vetted practitioners are the best around, and all of their acupuncturists and therapists work hard on building great relationships with their clients.
Elifa shared a bit about their business’ mission:
“We started out with a very simple mission: We want to provide people with a warm and welcoming environment where they feel safe getting our services and increasing their well being.”
Building Success Through Patience and Consistency
After 13 years in business, Blue Heron Wellness has marketed and grown their business thanks to strong word of mouth. They have recently started to do a lot of communicating with their community via social media. They send out emails at least once a week and follow-up with their clients regularly through Facebook or Instagram.
