We were excited to learn all about Dupont’s Service Center and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Director of Marketing, Mike Dupont.

The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Dupont’s Service Center stand apart from its competitors.

We learned that Dupont’s Service Center has state-of-the-art equipment and ASE Master Certified Technicians. They are a family business that has been serving the community for over 60 years. Mike said:

“Dupont’s was started by my grandfather in the 1950s and has been in Dover since the 1960s. It’s a family business, and we take pride in keeping it going.”

Building Success And Giving Back

Dupont’s Service Center has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Mike how they have managed to grow their business and get such incredible online reviews. Mike said:

“We provide good service. It’s one thing to ask for reviews; it’s another to earn them.”

In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Dupont’s Service Center has spread the word about who they are and what they do by staying involved in the community. Mike told us:

“We do a lot with the community; there is the Apple Harvest Festival that we have been a major sponsor of for years. We are proud of our Ladies’ Night, and we have been holding it for going on 12 years. We have an evening event for locals, where we put on a free presentation about basic auto maintenance. The event is catered, and everyone goes home with a gift bag. We try to help any organization that is making a positive impact in the Dover community.”
