Not Your Average Auto Shop
We spoke with Becky, the manager at Euro-Tech Automotive, about the business’ impressive online reputation.
One of the first things we wanted to know was what Becky believes sets this auto shop apart from others in the area.“We care! Family businesses and the customers are our bosses,” she said. “We are not high pressure, unlike others in our industry.”
She believes that the biggest change they make in their community is done by treating the customer well. She says, “Our core values and morals [are important to us]. We are a small shop and who we hire has to align with those morals and values.”
Building Success By Keeping Up With Customers
How does Euro-Tech get reviews? “We use Demand Force which sends out reminders. We also have a business card that is attached to the receipts that asks customers to leave a review if they are happy. We also do follow up calls with all of our customers.”
Becky left us with some advice for other businesses that want to improve or maintain their online reputation.
“Don’t be afraid to ask your customers to leave reviews.”
