We were excited to learn all about Mazel Auto Repair and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Alexander Simons.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Mazel Auto Repair stand apart from its competitors. Alexander told us that he tries to thoroughly explain things to his customers, and never upsells the customer on something they don’t need. He said that he doesn’t want to waste anyone’s time or money. He told us about his business mission, saying:
“My mission statement is: Don’t overcharge the customer and have every customer leave my shop with a happy face.”
