Not Your Average Auto Shop
We were excited to learn all about Telford Auto Repair & Tire and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Shawn Corby.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Telford Auto Repair & Tire stand apart from its competitors. He told us about all of the ways they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and the vehicle is fixed the right way the first time. He also told us about some of the technology they use to give their clients the best possible experience that is backed up by excellent communication:
“We go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Every step of the way, we keep the customer updated as far as what’s going on with their vehicle. We have a texting software here, so we can text the customer about anything we do.”
He told us a bit more about the texting service they use and how it makes life easier for the customer:
“We have automatic scheduling through our text service that reminds customers when it’s time for maintenance and services or state inspections. We also have texting software where we can send you a link to pay for your car right over the phone.”
He said that their mission is to provide wonderful customer service and to get the vehicle done the same day.
Building Success, Online And Off
Telford Auto Repair & Tire has earned a phenomenal reputation, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have managed to grow their business and get their name out to new potential customers. Shawn said:
“We do local business advertising through Facebook. A lot of [our success] is just from word of mouth and how good our Google reviews are. A lot of times when new customers come in, they will reference and say, ‘Wow, you guys really have a lot of good reviews online.’”
