We took a few minutes to talk with Kenneth Pittman, the owner of 5 Star Cuts, to learn a little more about the business and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know is what sets 5 Star Cuts apart from the many other barber shops in Virginia. Kenneth pointed to their professionalism, to their commitment to being prompt and on time and to their ability to not only cut every hair type but to do it well.
We also asked Kenneth why he does what he does at 5 Star Cuts and how he works to make the world a better place. Here’s what he had to say:
“Too many people are caught up in the money side of things in the field of barbering. Being a barber is an underrated profession. I want to change the perception of what people think of the profession.”
