Not Your Average Barber Shop
We were excited to learn all about Castiglione’s Barbershop and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Dina Castiglione.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Castiglione’s Barbershop stand apart from its competitors. Dina said that it all comes down to their experience and professionalism. She told us that, at Castiglione’s Barbershop, the customer always comes first. She went on to tell us a bit more about the experience they offer their clients, saying:
“We are both very experienced barbers. Together, we have almost 50 years of experience. We have been doing this for a long time!
She went on to tell us a bit about their overall business mission and what they do for their customers:
“The important thing in this business is to remember that it’s about the customer for the 20 minutes they are in the chair. We are a barbershop, so we focus mainly on men. I think that they more or less get their hair cut because they have to, so we take that ‘have to’ and joke around and have fun and give them a very good haircut. We try to make them relax and forget life outside.”

Castiglione’s Barbershop has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Dina how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out. Dina told us that they use their Facebook to get their name out and that most of their business comes from word of mouth.
