“Our name is credible; we’ve been in business for over 50 years. My father started the business, and he has six brothers who all became barbers. All the brothers would cut in one shop. I’m a triplet, and I have a brother and a sister. We joined the family business, and we got so big we had to expand to other locations in the city. We had six locations in the city, and now we have four. People come back because of our quality work and our customer service.”
Outside of building a powerful online reputation, Etheridge Brothers has grown through community involvement — they sometimes cut hair for free in the community — and word of mouth.
