Hair Crafters is a community staple, centrally located in South Bend, Indiana. This family-owned salon has been in business for 43 years, and its employees have a combined 50 years of experience.
We were excited to learn all about Hair Crafters and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Jean. Jean said that she is very proud of her staff and customers. She told us that their reputation speaks for itself, and that they believe in excellent communication and doing what they can to make sure their employees and customers are happy.
Building Success And Giving Back
Hair Crafters has built up an inspiring reputation, so we asked Jean what she has done to market and grow this business. She said that she does a lot to keep in touch with her customer base, like sending out monthly newsletters. As far as their reputation online, they have gotten many referrals from their happy customers. The staff at Hair Crafters also believes in giving back to their community, so they offer free haircuts to the local homeless population and to people who have recently transitioned out of jail.
