We were excited to learn all about how King Kutz Barbershop LLC has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, James Miller.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes King Kutz Barbershop LLC stand apart from their competitors. James told us that he is going to make every person in his shop feel comfortable, and he will talk to them all individually. He wants people to feel like they went to the right place and are getting exactly what they want. He wants to respect their time and make sure everyone feels like a person and not a number. He says that their business mission is to keep people satisfied.
We were also curious about how they work to make the world a better place. James told us that, for the last three years, they have run a program where they give free back-to-school haircuts to kids in need. James has also donated haircuts for kids going to prom. He truly loves making people smile.
Building Success Through Word of Mouth
