“We have a seamless process, from the moment you book your appointment to the moment where you sit down for the cut and you complete your haircut. Basically, you book online, you pay a deposit and, by the time you leave, the rest of your payment is processed. There’s no cash exchanged, and there’s no delay in any way. You show up on time; you get out on time. Everything is timed perfectly, and most barber shops are not like that.”
Lesley went on to say:
“If we’re booked up on a day, we have a waiting list online that you can sign up for. If someone cancels their appointment, the online system is real-time, so it will alert them first-person via text message on that waiting list to let them know that we have availability. The process is seamless; the service is friendly and inclusive, and we are able to service a wide variety of clients because we can cut both curly and straight hair.”
We also asked Lesley what their mission is at Lady Clipper Barber Shop and how they work to make the world a better place. In response, Lesley told us about the many ways they give back to their community, which includes providing a space for their clients to host art shows.
