We were excited to learn all about Light Street Barbers and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Keith.
Light Street Barbers is a well-known old-time barber shop that is committed to serving the people of South Baltimore. Keith told us that when he first started out, he was ready to throw in the towel after three days of no customers. That day at 11:10 p.m., Keith’s first customer showed up, saving his morale. Six months after that, everything took off! Light Street has now been in business for 20 years, and is the kind of place where people are treated like family. Keith cares about giving back to the area and also taking care of his two employees.
Building Success Through Hard Work and Determination
Light Street Barbers has grown and marketed its business by offering a reward system to clients. If you bring in a friend, you get a free haircut!
