We were excited to learn all about how Oval Office has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Carlos Carvana.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Oval Office stand apart from their local competitors. For Carlos, it is all about inclusion. He told us that being a person of color, there were times he would walk into a shop and it felt like hearing a record stop. His goal was to create a space that was accommodating to everyone. Carlos shared:
“The playing field is equal here; we serve everyone regardless of race or economic background.”
