We were excited to learn all about how Steve’s Barber Shop has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Steve Cox.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Steve’s Barber Shop stand apart from their local competitors. Steve told us about the importance of giving the customer what they want. He said that, in his shop, it is very important that every haircut is a good one. Consistency is a necessity for this small business. Steve told us that all of these standards act as a means of building relationships with their clients. He lovingly told us that, at Steve’s, their clients are their friends, and some have been loyally coming in for as long as 15 years.
Building Success Through Consistency
Steve’s Barber Shop has built and maintained a solid reputation over the years, so we were excited to learn more about some of the ways they have marketed this business.
