We got a chance to chat with Vanessa Lavey, the owner of Big City Brows and Beauty Salon about how she keeps up such a positive online reputation for her business. “[Our] approach to [our] services and beauty [generally] is that each person is their own individual person of beauty and [we] push them to the max of what they have naturally. Brows are the focus of the face and [my] passion… [We] have a small staff, kind of boutique feel… Other spas want to specialize in everything.
