We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Steph Stoker, director and general manager at Landis Lifestyle Salon.

“The customer experience is excellent from the beginning. When guests walk in, they are greeted by a guest relations manager who takes their coat and offers them food and drink while they wait for their stylist.”
Steph told us that they also offer free style consultations to new customers, as well as complimentary scalp and hand massages yearly. By using aromas, food, drink and a well-designed shop, they try to utilize all five senses in crafting the guest experience. They do a lot of staff training to build up the skill set of their staff, and they strive to find dedicated staff members who invest time in their learning and believe that self-education is important. Steph hires staff who are always honing their craft.”
