We were excited to learn all about Luxe Beauty and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Nicole.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Luxe Beauty stand apart from their competitors. Nicole told us a bit about what it is that makes Luxe Beauty tick. She told us about the importance of being focused on the client and building relationships with them. She said:
“We have a very laid back approach and truly love the relationships we build with our customers. Our focus is on doing an awesome job and creating stylish hairstyles that the customers love.”
Building Success Through Client Appreciation
Luxe Beauty has built up an incredible reputation, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have marketed and grown as a company. Nicole said that the co-owner, Sarah, takes care of their online presence and social media, which they use to stay connected to their clients and community. She said that referrals are their number one source for new business and that their clients are great at getting more people to check out their salon.
