What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We have an amazing clientele base that is active on social media. It helps when they engage with our posts, write reviews, and check-in when they visit us.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
At TEN, we are unique in the sense that we have a large, 12,000 square foot venue that houses a medical spa, full-service salon, and grooming lounge, as well as a full-service nail bar. Our award-winning salon and spa has been part of this community since 2005 and we pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience for each person that walks through our doors.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We want to provide the highest quality services and products to our guests. We strive to remain consistent and loyal to what we believe in and what we do. We enjoy being a positive influence on this industry and this community.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Treat every guest and employee with respect and provide an exceptional service experience every time. Reviews matter, so take everyone seriously. If someone doesn’t feel like their service was exceptional, reach out to them to see how you can make it right.
