We wanted to know what makes Ohio’s number one carpet cleaning company so special, so we took a few minutes to talk with the owner, Robert Nelson.
The first question we had for Robert was what makes Greener Steamer unique compared to their competition in Ohio. Here’s what he had to say:
“We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here in terms of carpet cleaning. We’re just trying to eliminate some of the unnecessary steps in the procedure that can leave a bunch of residue behind in the carpet. That’s frankly not good for folks in their home or their kids or pets. …We know that, with abrasive chemicals and non-environmentally friendly products, there’s always going to be residue left behind after the process is done. We really pride ourselves on not doing that. We just focus on stripping out the dirt and contaminants that are left in the carpet from traffic and pets and kids rather than making the process fancy and adding all these different fragrances and products to the procedure.”
