We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Shane Godtel, the owner of Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning.

“The main obvious one is that we are a low-moisture company, so carpets are dried in an hour after we’re done. We don’t use any soap-based products or anything like that. We use an all-natural, citrus-based cleaner, which is child-safe and pet-safe. That’s a big deal to a lot of people. The other one is treating people right as far as communicating with them and talking to them. We just make sure to educate people. We’re not going to guarantee that everything is going to come out of the carpet as far as spots and those kinds of things, because stains happen on carpet. It’s just being honest and truthful with people and going from there. People appreciate that.”
