We were excited to learn all about Cut And Taste Catering and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Jeremy Jordan.
Cut And Taste Catering manages to stay up with the latest flavor profiles and food trends, in fact, they even try to be trendsetters and often think outside the box when it comes to food. They want their food to be a kind of interactive experience and want their offerings to be a highlight at the events they cater to. Jeremy said:
“When we entered the food market, it just seemed like a necessary item for events. What we’re trying to shift is, we want people to choose a caterer based on enhancing their event, not just as an amenity that’s needed. Everything we do is built around that. We want to either elevate the food, elevate the service, or elevate the presentation and interaction so that guests remember us. It’s just a memorable part of the event.”
He also told us a bit more about their business mission:
