Tamara Leibfarth, the owner and executive chef of Simply Thyme Catering, took the time to speak with us about her business’ stellar online reputation.
When asked what it is that sets Simply Thyme apart from other catering companies in the area, Tamara pointed to their delicious food and dedication to service, saying, “Our food is the voice of our company, serving people places and causes. We are a woman-owned business that likes to serve the community.”
Tamara and her team have dedicated themselves to unparalleled quality. “Our mission is to serve good quality food with the NW flare using local products as much as possible,” she said. “I am conscientious of the earth and her resources. We forage local berries and edible plants. We are also always recycling, composting, and repurposing as many things as possible.”
Building Success Through Visibility
Tamara and her team know that marketing is an incredibly important part of any business’ success. In fact, when we asked what her secret to success is, she said, “I have a marketing team who does a lot of posting about our seasonal offerings, like Valentine cookies and Christmas dinners, and our involvement in the community. We love to post photos of the events we attend to show our food displays, people enjoying our food, and our staff enjoying the events we are involved in.”
