We were excited to learn all about Five Star Sitters and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owner, Danica Speer.
Five Star Sitters will have been open for six years in August. At Five Star, they focus on the client and taking the stress off their plate. They try to always feel like a mom and pop shop regardless of how large they grow. They always thoroughly vet their team and give lots of options for parents to choose from.
Danica told us a bit about their business’ mission:

Building Success By Offering Consistency
Five Star Sitters has earned an incredible reputation over the years, so we asked Danica about how they have marketed and grown their company. We learned that they have utilized Google AdWords and social media, but that word of mouth is to thank for most of their new business.

“Identify your core values and stay true to them. It helps to create a foundation that helps guide your road map. Find a mentor that can help you work through the hurdles. Focus on the overall mission and focus on yourself. Be consistent with your clients and the service that you offer.”
