We were excited to learn all about Tiny Treasures Nursery School and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Renee Graffius.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Tiny Treasures Nursery School stand apart from its competitors. They are a family business that has been around and taking care of kids in the community for years. Renee told us that the consistency they offer is both unique and appreciated by the families that work with them. Most of their staff hasve been working with them for over a decade, which is incredibly unique in their field.
We asked Renee about the Tiny Treasures Nursery School business mission, and she said:
“We’re just here to take care of the children, so [that the parents] can be at work and not worry about what’s going on with their kids. We make sure they’re having fun while their parents are working.”
Building Success Through The Years
Tiny Treasures Nursery School has earned a wonderful reputation, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have gotten their name out and grown their business. Renee told us about the value of word of mouth and referrals:
“Honestly, we’ve been here so long that we have second- and third- generation students. A lot of it is just parents whose children come here and love it and talk to other parents with children who are looking for care. We get recommended from families that have been here for a long time, so it’s not a lot of really going out there and pushing things.”
