What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?

Customer service is by far our strongest asset.  We take it as seriously as anyone I’ve heard of.   We believe in literally treating our customers’ homes like it’s one of ours.

What makes you different? In other words, if you had 1 minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?

We are locally owned and operated.  We are committed to being completely honest with our customers.  If an insurance agent tells us to come out and see if the property owner needs to file a claim, we will be fully transparent even if it costs us business.  We are 100% committed to fixing any flaws in our work.

Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?

Our ecosystem is completely based on giving back. Whether that’s habitat for humanity or helping people on a personal basis.

Christina says, “I prepare meals every Thanksgiving and posts on Facebook asking who needs food this holiday season.   The responses are so massive that I can’t even make all the meals.”

“In addition to adopting families at the holiday season, we actively give money to people in need. Each member of the company does that.”

Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?

We focus heavily on reworking past customers.  We ask for referrals actively and often.  We also give $100 to anyone who refers us, as long as work has been done on their house.  We also add a lot of promos and giveaways on their social channels.

What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?

The main thing we push is being honest and loyal to our leads and clients.  We believe heavily in just doing the right thing.
