First things first, we wanted to know how Daniel and his team set themselves so far apart from their competition. In Daniel’s words, “It’s our personal relationship with our customers. A lot of them are regulars, and we try to remember them and what we’ve done in the past.”

Pretty much everything we get comes through word of mouth. People leave us positive reviews because we do the best we can for people! I generally try not to push people to leave reviews. If you’re doing a good job it will come back to you.”

“It comes down to reliable service and competitive pricing. Speed and accuracy are very important. Unless we’re very backed up we shoot for a 24-48 hour turnaround time. When you take too long or charge too much, people get aggravated.”
