We were excited to learn all about Geek To You and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Dominique Parke.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Geek To You stand apart from its competitors. Dominique told us about their longevity and local connection, saying:
“We are a New Hampshire-based and grown organization with an established presence in Newmarket New Hampshire. We are friendly, solutions-based, and proactive in our approach to technology.
A key feature of ours is longevity. The customers know who they are working with when they reach out to us. Our primary technician is Jennifer, who has been with us for many years. We have some customers who will only talk to her because they have history.”
Dominique went on to tell us about the importance of representation in the workplace. She said:
